Constitution Day Lecture

Constitution Day invites us to reflect on the history and legacy of America's seminal legal instrument. With new debates emerging every year, how well is the Constitution meeting the challenges of our time? How well is it weathering enduring storms? Judge Robert M. Bell, former Chief Justice of the Maryland Court of Appeals, will draw upon his decades of service at the bar and on the bench in Maryland to help us answer these important questions.
