The McDaniel College Department of Music will present a Student Voice and Piano Recital on Friday, April 11 at 7:30 p.m. The performance will take place in Levine Recital Hall.
The recital will feature a selection of vocal and piano soloists performing a variety of music spanning from classical to contemporary. The students involved study with faculty musicians David Kreider (piano) and Kyle Engler (voice).
McDaniel students Jonathan Bobal, Charles Eron, and Victoria Masfield will perform piano pieces, as will community music students Aaron Grauel and Julian Schoming. They will perform compositions by Beethoven, Mozart, Debussy, and others.
Vocalist Malcolm Jones, another McDaniel student, will also perform at the recital. Jones will sing “Early in the Morning,” by David Baker.

This was my first time attending a McDaniel-based recital, and it was great!
All the performers were really good. My favorite piece of the night had to have been "Dr. Gradus ad Parnassum", performed by Victoria Mansfield. It totally blew my mind! :3
